Fit-Out Management

We are frequently engaged by occupiers to provide Employers Agent, Cost Control, Project Management and Contract Administration Services for the fitting-out of new occupied business space. Often this arises as a result of our involvement with the acquisition and survey of premises or dealing with dilapidation matters etc., but equally, we are frequently recommended by Contractors, Architects and Clients to provide this service to others.

Over the past 6 years, we have successfully managed the fitting out of a variety of premises for different organisations across the UK, to provide bespoke offices, training facilities, trading space and general operational support space.

Some of this work has been undertaken in vacant accommodation but we have also provided our services in occupied premises where a key function has been to ensure that operational requirements of the business are not impacted by alterations and that the work proceeds safely and to an agreed programme, often with substantial elements of work being undertaken out of hours.

Our flexible approach and ability to work closely with the Client, Designers and Specialist Contractors means that we are an ideal partner for you when considering fit-out management services on all types of properties including offices, training facilities, industrial space and leisure facilities.

We also manage the Landlord Approval process, usually through a Licence to Alter, ensuring that all information is provided to the Landlord in a timely manner and that our Clients responsibilities under the terms of the Licence are controlled and understood.
